I was also the first agent in

that because it works: When a buyer asks for more

I don't have to
send them a huge email or give them complicated

Each of these
web sites has Virtual Tours of Houses
for sale in
Laramie and a lot of
pictures, which is precisely what Internet Buyers want!
I also like to put this web address on the yard sign of Laramie Houses for Sale. My theory is that buyers always remember the address of any Laramie Real Estate they are interested in, so a simple web site address is more effective than a phone number on a sign. My internet theories are based on the fact that over 75% of Buyers begin their Laramie Homes search online, and of course that percentage grows every single day. This means most buyers are Internet Buyers! They want Laramie Virtual Tours and Lots of Pictures of Laramie Houses!
I haven't seen any other true virtual tours of Laramie Homes for sale and I know why....it's not easy! However, I'm not satisfied. I'm working on new methods for internet marketing, perhaps even as you read this. I enjoy being on the cutting edge of Laramie Real Estate Marketing and Real Estate Marketing in general! I like to set trends and I'd like to become the Laramie Real Estate Marketing benchmark for houses in Laramie Wyoming. I watch Wyoming Real Estate closely, I am never finished improving...
